Occasionally we may obtain your information from publicly available sources such as third parties who hold such information and are permitted to share it with us.
IP addresses and cookies
We may collect information about your computer, including (where available) your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to make improvements to our website. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
We do not collect cookies from your website.
Why we collect the information
We collect information so that we can:
- Enter into and perform a contract between your organisation and Oxford Gas Products
- Maintain our business contacts database to support good relationship practice
- Comply with legal obligations (for example HMRC)
